Solution Description
OR-SYSTEM Open is a comprehensive solution that encompasses all key business processes. The solution at Miroslavské Strojírny covers the business processes - quotations, orders, delivery management and subsequent invoicing. Within the ERP, complete technological and design documentation and supporting documents for product description are processed. OR-SYSTEM Open manages the purchasing processes, including the design of material requirements, purchase requests, supplier orders and receipt of stock deliveries. All all warehouse movements are recorded with automatic posting within Financial Accounting.
To manage and record production costing, planning and operational costing for each product are calculated regularly. The system efficiently records and manages production with fully integrated planning, production batch creation, operational production control and automatic warehouse receipts and disbursements for both materials and manufactured semi-finished and finished goods. Of course, it processes financial accounting, assets, attendance, human resources and payroll.
