Solution Description
OR-SYSTEM Open is a comprehensive solution that covers all key business processes. It includes modules for effective customer relationship management (CRM), including a mobile application for salespeople. It covers business processes such as inquiries, orders, invoicing and provides task management for the design department.
It also includes procurement processes, including needs design, requirements, supplier orders and stock movements, as well as modules for engineering procedures and costing. The system effectively manages production with scheduling, batching, and automated dispensing. Among other things, it manages financial accounting, assets, attendance, human resources, payroll, and automated workflow for document approvals.
