The company OR-CZ spol. s r.o. will recruit a main employment relationship worker on the position of Consultant of ERP.
The position is also suitable for school graduates, experience is not a prerequisite, it is an advantage. Workplace in Moravská Třebová or Hradec Králové, possibility of working from home.
What have you had to learn?
"I have been with OR-CZ since March 2023. I was not used to it before, but thanks to OR-CZ I have learned not to be afraid to pick up the phone and interact with customers. An integral part of my job is servicing our DICOM browsers - such as WebVision and MARIE Portal, which I had to get familiar with and learn how to use as soon as possible. And that's what I enjoy about it, I'm constantly learning lots of new and interesting things that push me further and broaden my horizons in IT and medicine."

What will be your task:
- provide consultancy and advisory services to customers in IS implementation, both from site and on-site,
- collaborate on the development of customer IS requirements analysis,
- develop process and analytical model, Knowledge of Enterprise Architect welcomed,
- conduct user training,
- perform IS customization as per user requirement,
- conduct IS functionality presentations,
- test new IS components and versions,
- develop relevant documentation.
What you should know:
- well versed in IT, application SW, RDB,
- creative thinking and be able to analyze and find solutions to problems,
- be able to navigate basic logistics, manufacturing and economics,
- be willing to work in a dynamic changing environment,
- use modern technologies and practices,
- adapt their work practices and methods to changing situations and priorities, while maintaining quality output,
- self-study and continuously improve,
- be a team player and an active driver.
