Družstevní závody Dražice-strojírna s.r.o. is the largest manufacturer of water heaters in the Czech Republic, known all over Europe and exports its products to 25 countries around the world. DZ Dražice is a research, development, production and sale of water heaters. These are models in vertical, horizontal, stationary, electric and combined versions in volumes from 5 l to 1000 l. In addition, non-direct heating stationary water storage tanks (exchangers) with volumes from 100 l to 1000 l.
An equally important activity is the production of indirect heating water heaters for gas boiler manufacturers and the sale and service of NIBE's heat pumps. Description of the solution
The comprehensive ERP system supports all processes: sales, costing, technology and procedures, logistics, production, economics and human resources. Each product has an addressable identification using piece production numbers and barcode operation allows tracking products from production to sales. Printing of complete documentation is possible for a specific production number.
ERP system includes connection with measuring machines for automated quality control during inspection operations and 100% control during loading of finished products with the help of sensors. OR-SYSTEM Open has bi-directional integration with WMS for efficient logistics management with mobile application in warehouses. ERP supports scheduling and feedback from service technicians to customers, uses artificial intelligence (AI) in financial accounting for invoice processing and reporting supports OR Business Intelligence management solution.The enterprise system solution includes interconnection of multiple manufacturing sites and sales offices, walk-in and turnstile access system.
